Our Political Work
Since launching in 2021, Hillscout has recruited, developed, or directed numerous successful campaigns. Most recently, we successfully directed outreach for Build Fayetteville’s Future, the 2026 municipal bond campaign, which delivered one of the largest bond packages in Arkansas history — totalling more than $375,000,000 in funding. In 2024, we directed the Battleground Arkansas coordinated campaign that recruited more candidates for the State House of Representatives than any election cycle since 2012 and successfully defended every Democratic seat in the Arkansas General Assembly for the first time since 2006. Some of these winning candidates included Rep. Diana Gonzales Worthen, the first Latina member of the Arkansas legislature, electing Rep. Jessie McGruder in the Arkansas Delta, and defending multiple incumbents targeted for defeat.
